Despr\u00e9s de les seves primeres experi\u00e8ncies professionals, va assumir el repte de crear el seu propi restaurant, Sal de Coc\u00f3, amb tot just vint anys. <\/p><p>La seva evoluci\u00f3 va continuar en cuines de refer\u00e8ncia com Can Fabes, Coque o espais d\u2019alta formaci\u00f3 gastron\u00f2mica a Barcelona, consolidant una base t\u00e8cnica s\u00f2lida i una visi\u00f3
